I
am currently managing the Technical Support section of Viscosity
Oil Company. My responsibilities involve addressing product-related
issues raised by the customer. These include questions on
product usage, product application, competitive products,
product benefits and marketing advice. Additional assignments
include assistance in maintaining QS 9000 status for Viscosity
Oil Company.
In 1986, I started working for Viscosity Oil
Company as a Junior Chemist. I worked as a Chemist for 11
years in research and development and moved from Junior to
Senior Chemist.
I was born and raised in Chicago. Presently
I live on the North Side of Chicago, not far from the home
of the Chicago Cubs, Wrigley Field. I have a miniature pinscher
that is my companion and guard dog.
My hobbies include running, fishing and scuba
diving. I especially enjoy vacationing and fishing for largemouth
bass in Central Florida. I am a member of the Society of Automotive
Engineers and the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication
Engineers. My educational background includes a Masters Degree
in Chemistry from Roosevelt University and a Bachelors Degree
in Chemistry from University of Illinois.
